[Hallicrafters] DD-1

Hello,

while we are hearing pro and con about the SX-88 I want to throw in 
another rare Hallicrafters receiver the DD-1.
I have never seen one. Can somebody please comment on the DD-1, is it 
useful or not?

Of course if somebody wants to part with his SX-88 or DD-1 and doesen't 
charge an arm and a leg for it, I would be happy to hear from you. I am 
a collector and user, not a dealer.
