[Hallicrafters] WTB Hallicrafters Knobs: Volume and bfo for SX43

I need the volume and bfo knob for my SX43 project . Volume is 10-0 scale and has 1/4 in shaft dia. 
Bfo is 5-0-5 scale with 1/8 in diameter for shaft. These knobs are common to other models in the 1948
to 1952 vintage such as SX62 ,SX42,SX71, SX46 and others. 

I might consider a carcass if shipping reasonable. 

Current models I have (2) S19R, S20r,SX43 and T50. Just got the  SX43 a week ago, repaired it enought  to work. Now I have to start on cosmetic restoration. I have spare SX43 case to practice on. 
Plan is to repaint the extra case and redo the lettering with Testors decal( ink jet). Practice printing looks good, I can get close on the type font, lettering will be Silver, Green and Red. I scanned the extra panel and will try to put it into photo shop and duplicate the lettering exactly. Other wise I will use
Paint and try to duplicate the lettering as close as possible. I would like to hear from anyone who has done similar work. Radio is a dog but I have brought back worse to life. Both the cases I have have been repainted and the lettering was masked off. This was common practice a few years ago. 

Silk screen lettering would be best but I dont have those skills . I wonder if anyone has made a silk sreen for the SX43 panel?

I enjoy this and the National site. So many of the classics have and continue to be scrapped. Lets keep them going. Nothing sounds as good as a tube receiver with a 10 inch speaker.
