[Hallicrafters] Mircophones for HT-32 series

The D-104 sounds great with a Heil element, especially the higher fidelity
AM one. The crystal is too high impedance for many rigs, ages poorly, and
the amplified one is a dog for CBers.
I use D-104's for both HT-9s, HT-32B, both Johnson Vikings, AF-67 as well as
much later gear.
Nothing wrong with the EV or Shure either.
