And the tooth brush.  Works great on grungy old panels.  Just remember 
the abrasive part and keep it out of the switches and bushings.  I just 
did this with an old Simpson 250 meter, that was my personal meter at 
work in 1963. When I quit after 26 years to go to college full time they 
gave me all of my tools.  That poor old 250 had even picked up a lot of 
white/gray/dirty what ever over spray that cleaned right off.  I'm 
restoring the thing to give to my son who works with automotive 
equipment.  I'm still trying to find a regular pair of 250 leads.
