Styro PEANUTS are bad.  If you wrap stuff up really well BEFORE you put it 
in peanuts, they're okay - most shippers DO NOT do that.  Heavy objects 
SHIFT in peanuts.  The styro "pillows" expand to fill the spaces (and come 
out easily, as they styro is still INSIDE the plastic bag it came in) - I've 
seen absolute destruction using peanuts, and flawless deliveries with the 
styro pillows.
