It is used and really should be repainted and silk screened -- I do think
letter transfer will work as well.

I can take a picture. 

This is probably for the guy using his SX-115 and does not want his radio to
set around in pieces while the front panel gets done.

It maybe that someone already has the silk screen - not that hard to make?

Anyway how about $55 delivered CONUS?
