Hello Jack,

Whereas this reply is to a month old post, I think I might shed some 
light on this.
I used to have one of these and wish I still did... I had the very same 
problem with DSB only in either sideband. If memory serves me correctly 
(and lately it hasn't) It turned out to be the phasing network. It is 
housed in a metal can with an octal base. I managed to get one from my 
elmer and it fixed the problem.

If I am mistaken, please someone let me know.
