The only other item I would add is that the "center" insulator/balun/ferrite
core plus the matching line plus the line isolator add a significant weight
to the antenna (I have the 80M version)  While the antenna materials used
seem strong enough to support the kind of stretch one has to put on it to
"suck up the belly", I was reluctant to pull any harder because I was really
putting a bow in the top 10 feet of my steel 1 1/4" mast above the last guy
point.  If there's any way you can support the "center" of your Windom, you
will likely be able to gain between 5 and 10 feet of height above the point
where it would sag with supports only at the ends.  Your results will vary
depending on the strength of your support structures and how much tension
you wish to put on the antenna when you stretch it.
