Carl,

Thanks for the link to the Nuvistaplug info. It looks like I have one, but didn't know it.  No markings except for a dab of yellow paint  on the base just above the pins, but looks professionally made and seems identical to the one shown in the SP-600. Has two 6DS4 nuvistors and was installed in the first RF stage (6CB6) of a Hallicrafters SX-88 I have been restoring for the last couple of years.
