The DB23 from RME and the Cosmophone-35 use the 6J6 which was developed as a low noise VHF/UHF dual triode.... I'm sure there are others as good if not better but those work pretty good....

Subject: [Hallicrafters] Help with vacuum tube search
Hi, Maybe you can save me some time researching. I'm looking for a
twin-triode, low-noise vacuum tube for building a RF amplifier. I
have been looking at the article "The S-9er" and thought I would try
the same but in a cascode configuration and see how it works in my
SX-28A. What tubes would you consider? Thanks.
