[Hallicrafters] SR-400 issue

Hi Sandy:
Replace V8 and R118, R119, and R121.  You can find R121 under the plate on
the left wall of the radio --- it holds the pots that control the VOX, meter
zero etc.  It's held on by three screws --- turn it over.  Those resistors
are critical and are always too far off.  Deoxit the zero and AGC pots
before you do anything.  While you are at it, check to see if there is a
diode # CR9, if so there are a kluge of upgrades that will significantly
