[Hallicrafters] SX-28A 1st RF tube replacement

A mixer change is what that radio really needs. Changing over to a 6SL7 
Pullen circuit is one to look at or change the socket and use a 6ES8 or 
even a beam deflection 7360 or 6JH8.
