[Hallicrafters] Fully Meshed band spread

If I am not mistaken this topic related to the bandspread of the SX 
28.  According the manual I have and on page 5 it says that 
calibration of the main tuning dial will be accurate only if the 
bandspread condenser is set at minimum capacity with is indicated by 
a setting of 100 on the bandspread condenser.

So for the oscillator adjustment your bandspread dial should be at 
100 and the cap it is attached to should be at minimum capacitance. 
Then do the alignment with the main condenser setting the coils for 
the low end of the band and the trimmer caps for the high end.
