Gary, if you just want to 'look' at the radio, leave it alone. If you 
actually want to 'turn it on and use it', replace ALL the caps. I have 
restored many, many boatanchors and that's the 2nd place I look, after 
checking the tubes. My personal SX-101A 'came alive' after a recap (as 
did my 75A-4, etc).
I consider them to be: 'limited life components'. A term used in the 
Nuclear Weapons trade, in the Navy.....
