Having just suggested Mouser, I am reminded of my favorite source for
capacitors: silver micas to elecrolytics:

http://www.justradios.com/

Don't be concerned that they are in Canada. I ordered a stock of
silver micas and tubular film caps and got them very promptly with no
hassle at all. They take Paypal.

Their website also included advice and information about capacitors
and also the various kinds of resistors, and they offer to send a
quote for a capacitor kit for any radio. Likely they'd be happy to
make up a kit for yours.

They do have carbon composition resistors, and the 100 K 2 watt units
you may need for filer cap string voltage equalization.

I'm a happy customer of theirs!
