[Hallicrafters] SX-42 Bandspread

I am not sure my band spread cap (fine tuning) is setup correctly.  I have
it set now to zero with the plate caps completely un-meshed.  I am working
my way through the alignment but the frequencies seem way off. The main
tuning cap seems correct as it is completely meshed just as the dial hits
the low end of the scale.

I remember someone mentioning that they thought the band spread should be
half meshed at zero.....  The "Dial Service" bulletin does not address this.
