Thats the correct pin outs for a 7 pin regulator.

Im curious if it was originally configured as a negative supply? Did you 
check the diode, electrolytic and meter polarity?

The ckt you describe is a bit unusual. Usually the dropping resistor is 
between the rectifier output and pin 5. This configuration would allow the 
use of 0A3 ( 105V regulator ) to deliver the 135v output but the regulation 
would be poor.

Double check where the resistor is connected.
