I am not at home right now so I do not have the
bookmarks available, but, there is a site on the
Internet that has one of the WPE certificates
available for downloading that can be modified to
reproduce your original one.

My particular certificate was one of the originals
that you had to actually fill in the details including
your WPE call sign.  Popular Electronics sent you a
form letter with the WPE call sign and a blank
certificate.  My WPE call sing was WPE9YU.

By the way, there is an Internet site that is devoted
to registering the WPE call signs.  I don't know if
you are affilliated with that site.
