Bob,

I answered this question, as did several others, but a few weeks ago. I
would suggest that you go to the HHI web site, click on search archives from
the home page and ... Presto! Your answers will be there sir. Good luck.

Subject: [Hallicrafters] Re-cone PM-23 speaker?

I have a PM-23 speaker for an SX-28 that has come undone completely from the
spider. The voice coil is fine, the cone is not in great shape having been
ripped in several places, when it arrived the voice coil was completely out
of the magnet gap with all the corresponding cone distortion, it works
(sounds terrible of course) and has the transformer on it, does anyone know
a place I can get this either repaired (unlikely) or re-coned to close to
original specs? thanks,

Bob Young
