[Hallicrafters] Need SX-42 knobs

Hi all,

I am busy restoring this SX-42 that I got from a friend. When I went to 
remove the knobs so I could clean them, the Selectivity knob crumbled in 
my hand (It already had a chunk missing from it). The aluminum skirt on 
the Volume knob looks pretty funky too.

Does anyone have these knobs kicking around? If you only have a full set 
that you want to sell complete, I will buy the entire set from you 
provided you aren't asking "ePay" prices :-).
