Well,  as folks on the multitude of list well know by now - Carl and I 
butt heads quite frequently - HOWEVER - My sx-99 and my SX-101 MKIII 
**BOTH** rest on the **RIGHT** while off and even unplugged.

Np planet x, NO BOOZE, DRUGS, MUSHROOMS OR THE   MULTITUDE OF OTHER 
POSSIBILITIES
