Thank you all for the respones.
Sort of short notice, but I'm going to try this
tonight from our Tel-Aviv clubhouse. We have a huge
Yagi up on one of the roof tops of the big building we
are housed in. I checked some propigation figures and
came up with 18:00-20:00 UTC as the best time (which
also happens to be when we'll be open). It will take 4
to 5 hops to get there.
This was calculated at a 100 watts. I'll be using a
TS-940S and see what I can use for the reciever in the
"split", if anything. I'll send out at or below 7.100
and inform of the up end 7.175-7.300.
6 MAR 2008, 1800-2000 UTC, TX 7100 (or thereabouts) on
SSB, RX 7.175 to 7.300 (TBA)
No guarentees this is going to happen, but I will try.
Patience as this will be my first time for something
this far. If it doesn't work this time, I'll try next
week.
