[Hallicrafters] SR-150 LSB USB cystal filter alignment procedure

I have my SR150  on the bench after getting a report that my audio on 
LSB was "a little muffled".  The audio on USB was reported to be fine.  
I checked the manual for aligment procedures.  The 1650KC IF alignment 
is OK.  I then ran thru the section on Cyrstal Filter Alignment.  The 
sections tells how to check LSB and USB transmit levels at 1000 CPS, 
then at 600 CPS and 2700 CPS., and gives appropriate levels of out put.  
If the levels are off, the manual says to send the rig back to a 
Hallicrafters service center.  Obviously, that is not possible.  Can 
anyone give me the skinny on teaking the crystal filter termination 
coils, L14 & L15 so I can get the LSB centered?
