[Hallicrafters] S-20R manual

Download the manual from BAMA and use that parts list.  The manual in the
first reply is a nicer copy but the parts list on BAMA is very readable for
me anyway.

It is a fine copy, but the parts list is missing, and you really need that 
because there are no values for components on the schematic.
