[Hallicrafters] WTB Tube Shields

I am trying to locate some tube shields for my Johnson refurbishing
projects.  I am looking for the kind Johnson used (and I think Hallicrafters
did too) that snap on the tube socket rather than the twist lock kind.  I
need the ones for 9 pin sockets that fit tall tubes like the 6CL6 and the
extra tall tubes like the 12BY7/12BH7.

I need at least one of the tall variety and could use up to 6 of the extra
tall variety.
