Hi Dan:
The meter is normally buried to the left in plate ma mode until you adjust
the bias. The bias adjustment will "0" the meter when properly set. The
"0" meter reading in plate ma mode represents about 70 ma of plate current.
Review section 5.4 or 8.3 in the users guide. Good luck --- you have the
