[Hallicrafters] SR-150 Restorable?

I came by a non-working Hallicrafters SR-150 with the PS-150-120 power supply.

Unfortunately, someone in the past has removed the original antenna connectors(J1 & J2), the switch S2 for making them common, the internal antenna relay K3 and replaced them with a plate covering the holes and which holds a single PL 259 connector. This conversion was either never completed as there are several cut wires etc just dangling and the PL259 is not connected. There is also a secton cut from the compartment separation plate between where K3 is and the rest of the reciever for what reason I do not know.

I would like to discuss and get suggestions with someone who either owns or has owned one of these items to see if it is worth while to attempt to bring this back to life or if too much damage is already done. I'll be glad to provide pictures of the areas in question if someone would like to take a look at what was done.

I suspect the hardest item to replace is the K3 relay, and I also do not know what other parts may have been removed from this area of the tranciever without seeing one in good condition.

Thanks,
Bob
