[Hallicrafters] SX-100 IF Alignment

Halli folks,

I am about to start restoration of an SX-100 Mark II.  I read somewhere that
setting the low IF at 50.250 KC instead of 50 Kc has some merits. I can't find
the info  now.

Any advice out there?
