The HT-37 was the phasing SSB generation equivalent of
the HT-32 series which used crystal filter SSB
generation.  The HT-37 was primarily a SSB transmitter
with CW secondary and AM as an "after thought".

The SX-111 was the "matching" receiver for the HT-37. 
There are two versions of the SX-111 the "plain" and
the "Mark I".  The "Mark I" is much better for SSB
because it has a product detector whereas the "plain"
version does not.
