Hello Waldo,

I made this modification to my SX117.  The capacitor that I used is a 2-15 
pf Philips type #808-11159 purchased from Electrosonic here in Toronto.

The new capacitor provides wonderfully stable operation.  The improvement is 
100% better than the completely unstable C15F provided by Hallicrafters in 
the original equipment.
