[Hallicrafters] Did Power Line Voltage Increase from 110 to 120V?

I don't know what it is now.  I've lived here for over 23 years and 
never seen it  above 120. I'm just over a mile from the substation.  I'd

I've never seen it below 115 at this location either.

In the "old days" (IE 60's through 70's) it varied from 107 to 127 and 
sometimes farther. I was near the head end of a very long rural line.  
If it was outside those figures I'd just "suggest" they might want  to 
check the upper or lower limit as I was seeing a voltage pretty close to 
one or the other instead of telling them it was out of limits. Saved 
them a lot of paper work and gave me a good working relationship with 
the power company.  (At the time I was an instrument tech that spent one 
day a week calibrating measurement equipment for the company I worked for)
