You might check with Bill, K2WH as he has done some very impressive work 
reproducing various items for Hallicrafters and other rigs.

Go to the HHI web site, click on searching the archives and type in some key 
words about labels, dial faces etc. and see what shows up. Bill had numerous 
posts on this about eighteen to twenty-four months back.
