[Hallicrafters] Hello es S-120 help

Welcome Dan. I had an S-120 as my first novice receiver paired up with
a rock bound HeathKilt DX-20. I'm amazed I didn't lose my hair sooner.
I hate eBay, but there are always three or four S-120s listed, and they
go pretty cheaply. You might want to take a look. You might even be
able to get several and build up a "new" one from the parts. Enjoy. I
remember many hours listening to the Ecuador Shortwave station that
blasted into Chicago after dark. 73
