This is way off topic and should be put to bed but:
Climate change deals with the over all climate. Global warming,
cooling, or what ever is only one part of climate change. So the terms
are not interchangeable in the sense I see them being used. One term
does not replace the other. Climate change is all inclusive. Also we
should not confuse "weather" with climate.
