I also got bids from MH crystal which were as follows. As it turned out they were about the same as West Crystal. I went with West because they were very helpful.

Per MH crystal:
For a quantity of 1 the cost per crystal would be $20.00 each. 
For a quantity of 2 - 9 the cost per crystal would be $18.00 each. 
For a quantity of 10 - 19 the cost per crystal would be $15.00 each.
