[Hallicrafters] SX-117 and HT-44 interconnect cables

RG-62/AU, 28" from the manual.  I made my own with cable from "The 
Wireman" (thewireman.com) and RCA plugs from Radio Shack.  They work fine.

For what it's worth, I've had three SX-117's with the same HT-44 and the 
performance in "tranceive" mode varied widely among them on the higher 
frequency bands. I suspect loading of the crystal oscillator by the 
interconnect cables.  A guy I met at a hamfest who had a lot of history 
with these things said that he suspected that some old crystals are 
losing their punch.  I know some are now off frequency.
