[Hallicrafters] Original boxes

It seems like I've seen something in an old issue of QST from back in the early to mid 1960s, about this... at that time many people apparently thought their used gear was worth more if it was in the original box. Of course not everyone had kept the original boxes.
So-o-o-o-o-o...
Among the "Ham-Ads" in the back, probably in an April issue, there appeared an advertisement from an outfit called "The Original Carton Co," offering to replace, for a nominal fee of course, your missing original boxes.
Better make sure the SX-88 and SX-16 are in TRULY original cartons, not reproductions which of course aren't worth near as much. A careful inspection of the type of cardboard, texture and structure of its corrugations, and the nature of the glue used, may be necessary to match the carton to the appropriate time period and thereby assure authenticity.
I don't remember if this "Original Carton Co." included warranty cards and other paperwork amongst its products.... caveat emptor.
