[Hallicrafters] Ebay problems

How about the fact that, as of May '08, eBay REQUIRES anyone selling in the
"Consumer Electronics" (Ham Radio is a sub-set) category to accept PayPal,
which they own and of course, make MORE money that way on the transaction!
I'm surprised someone hasn't dragged them into court on this, as the
practice seems to me to be illegal.
For your info, I am a Silver Power Seller with over 3500 positive feedbacks
since 1998, and I have never been able to convince them that squeezing the
sellers is killing their golden goose.
What's the alternative? Over the years many wannabee auction sites have
come & gone and eBay's still here. Being opposed to big guvmint, I'm not
sure I want the (dipsticks) in Washington telling them what they can and
can't do though.
