One real fine source of Halli manuals (some at least) is Charles Vesser, who sells on the unmentionable place under the name "oshkoshgeneral."  He has a limited selection, however.  He has the SX-73, SX-25, SX-28, S-27 and maybe a few more.  His manuals are done in a print shop and are of exceptional quality, and also include an extra, unbound, folding schematic for a working copy.

I have no financial interest in Charles Vesser's business, I'm not related to him, I owe him no favors, etc etc.  Just recommending a great product.

The prices aren't bad either.
