[Hallicrafters] HT-37B Tube mystery

If you don't have a manual for the HT-32B, I would offer the suggestion that
you get one.  There are diagrams showing component layouts.  The tube to the
left of the final tuning capacitor is the 5R4 HV rectifier and the one to
the right is the 5V4 LV rectifier.
