[Hallicrafters] SX-62 recap

I did this a while back, although I don't remember the details well.
What I do
remember is that there were one or two (at most) caps that I couldn't
reach, even with the side panel off. The others I could get to with a
a pair of old scissors (to snip the leads), a pair of forceps to hold the
new caps (much better than long nosed pliers)and with some very ticklish
soldering iron work.
For the couple I couldn't reach I measured their capacitance in circuit,
and found that, happily, they were within specs.
When I came to do the SX-28 I bit the bullet and removed the RF unit
sections, as advised by others. The SX-28 is an order of magnitude more
difficult in this regard :-)
