[Hallicrafters] Darn Capacitors

    My usual practice in replacing capacitors is to replace 2 or 3 and 
sometimes 4 and then see if the receiver still operates.  I make 
sketches of the capacitors I am replacing and am very careful.
    Well this time I replaced 5 capacitors (in my SX-28A) and now the 
volume is way-way down.  The audio section appears okay (input via the 
phono input).
I'm checking resistor values, voltages, connections, etc. where I 
replaced the capacitors (in the V6 and V7 area), but have not found the 
problem.
    I may be back for help - wish me luck.
