Hi All,
The Halligan's Hallicrafters International web site is about to grow and
glow! The very talented Web Master, W5JT, James Thayer, has some surprises
coming very soon. Which I am sure that all lovers of things that still go
glow in the dark will appreciate, as well as find informative and
historically amusing.
Feel free to surf on up to the home page, deposit one 1964 or older .90%
Silver dime for admission, then let Mr. Mouse do the legwork as you wander
the historic hallways and enjoy the multitude of photos, articles,
restoration tips, vintage radio services different Hams offer, Short-Wave
logs and broadcast schedules, beacon listings, MW Clear Channel station
list, tour the QSL Gallery, check out the latest misadventures of the worlds
most famous amphibian in the Frogzilla Files, see the Net reports, list a
vintage Halli or 'Halli Wanna Be' item for-sale or swap, post a list of
parts you need for a restoration/repair project, post a request for vintage
Hallicrafters (or other manufacturers) equipment you want to buy, and a
whole lot more! Just remember to close the hallowed Hallicrafters door when
you exit, lest some of those ghosts from days gone by escape taking some
vintage vapors with them!
If you would like to contribute photos of Hallicrafters equipment, photos of
your Ham Shack or Listening Post with vintage gear, restoration tips, "How
To" articles with photos, rare or unique QSL cards, interesting or amusing
real life tales about an experience you had with vintage gear, or? Please
contact the HHI Web Master at:
webmaster at w9wze.net
Thanks to Jim and to all of you for keeping the vintage glow of a vacuum
tube rig shining bright into another centuries night.
