[Hallicrafters] Cleaning an SX-28

Quite so ... I must say I didn't like the implication that because we 
were cleaning the chassis
we weren't being careful and taking our time! I for one take a lot of 
time, and care, when
I'm restoring a radio, and I haven't damaged one yet.
