Granted you would need the DJVU viewer to do this and
and a Mac computer, but if you do, one can make pdf
conversions by simply going to print your document.
Instead of actually clicking "Print" to print, look
over to the left where it says "PDF" and pull the menu
down to "save as PDF". There you have it.
Macs have the native ability to convert out PDF files
on anything that can be printed through that print
window.
And yes I have done this for several individuals as
time permits. Just don't flood me with a bunch of
requests.
