[Hallicrafters] SX-110/SX-111 Question

I have a SX-110 which has the same PHONES circuit as the SX-111 (3
connection socket in the 110 vs. 5 connection in the 111.  Was this possibly
a change late in the 110 life as the 111 was coming online?

Also, my 110 has a 3.9K ohm resistor from the 500 ohm speaker connection to
ground that does not show up on the schematic.

Thoughts on either please.
