There is a place in Colorado Springs, CO (OEM Parts), that has a whole rack 
of 230-to-115 xfmrs.  All are brand new, and have a plug-in outlet for the 
115 side.  You might see if they have 'em.  (I do recall they were fairly 
"proud" of them)
