Joe,
Sorry, I don't have one of the S-meters. I'd like to
find one also for my S-20R that I've had since 1970.
(I buy and sell a lot of old receivers, but I'm
keeping that one because it was my first one.)
As to the date of manufacture, it would be between May
10th, 1945 (HA19277) and March 4th, 1946 (HA36804).
You should be able to estimate an approximate date,
assuming that they produced equipment at a steady
rate.
