[Hallicrafters] SX-100 MkII

The original HT-40 did not have any fuses.  I don't
know if Hallicrafters added a fused plug like was done
on many Heath units at a later date.  However, the
parts list in the manual does not list any fuses and
the line cord is listed as a single item.
