I went through screening a panel on a Globe Champ.  The hard 
part was painting the panel.  I found a graphic artist who 
took my panel and made a Adobe file to scale of it for about 
30 dollars.  I forwarded it by email to a place out in 
Seattle, WA who made the screen and furnished the frame for 
about 125 dollars.  Then came the hard part of color 
matching.

If you have someone who can paint and match the color of the 
letters and panel, then you are home free.
